Job Description
Actively seek new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of leads within the assigned region. Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Promote Arçelik products and identify customer needs, suggesting appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business growth. Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that match their requirements. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues in a professional and timely manner. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities for expansion. Monitor competitor activities, products, and pricing to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Present Arçelik products to customers, providing demonstrations and technical information as needed. Deliver effective sales presentations to both individual customers and corporate clients.
