Job Description
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Conduct property tours and highlight features to potential clients. Manage leasing activities, including advertising available properties, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations. Ensure timely completion of lease agreements and collect necessary documentation. Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and clients. Provide regular updates to clients regarding market trends and property performance. Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty. Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for sales and leasing.
