Job Description
Plan and supervise daily operations at the hub, including inbound, sorting, and outbound activities. Monitor package flow to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery. Coordinate with delivery teams to optimize routes and schedules. Recruit, train, and manage hub staff, including sorters, delivery personnel, and administrative support. Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Maintain an accurate inventory of packages and supplies within the hub. Ensure proper handling and storage of parcels to prevent damage or loss. Manage hub resources, including equipment and vehicles, to ensure operational efficiency. Address and resolve customer complaints or delivery issues promptly. Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
