Job Description
Perform detailed quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. Use various measuring instruments, tools, and equipment to assess product quality and compliance with specifications. Conduct regular tests to evaluate the performance, durability, and safety of products. Analyze test results and provide feedback to the production team regarding product quality. Monitor production processes to identify and correct any deviations from established quality standards. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to suggest improvements to manufacturing processes and materials. Provide training to production staff on quality standards, inspection processes, and corrective actions. Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and best practices.
