Job Description
Prepare and manage property budgets, including income and expenditure tracking. Collect rent, manage arrears, and oversee payment processing. Analyze financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Oversee lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain property standards. Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality services. Supervise on-site staff, including maintenance teams and security personnel. Ensure properties adhere to local zoning laws, safety codes, and environmental regulations. Handle insurance claims and mitigate risks associated with property operations.
