Job Description
Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per plans and standards. Monitor and assist laborers and contractors in achieving project goals. Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed on-site. Track project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager. Assist in identifying and resolving on-site issues promptly. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Flag deviations or defects and coordinate with senior staff to address them. Ensure availability and proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment on-site. Verify incoming materials against project requirements. Maintain accurate records of daily work activities, material usage, and site reports. Support the preparation of progress reports and updates for management.
