Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end operations across all hubs in the assigned region, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency. Lead, mentor, and manage hub managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to develop skills. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Track key operational metrics, including delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores. Analyze regional performance data and generate actionable insights for improvement. Prepare and present reports to senior management on regional operations.
