Job Description
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance operational productivity and reduce costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in all areas of operations. Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to meet objectives. Set performance targets, monitor employee performance, and provide feedback and coaching for team development. Oversee supply chain activities, ensuring efficient procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations and prevent disruptions. Manage the operations budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of equipment, tools, and facilities required for operations. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all operational activities. Implement quality control measures and monitor product or service quality to maintain high standards.
