Job Description
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in all areas of operations. Set performance targets, monitor employee performance, and provide feedback and coaching for team development. Oversee supply chain activities, ensuring efficient procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations and prevent disruptions.
