Job Description
Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including property transactions, contracts, land acquisition, and disputes. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company’s interests.Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that the company remains compliant with relevant legal requirements. Advise on compliance matters related to real estate development, leasing, and construction.Manage and resolve legal disputes, including handling claims, litigation, and arbitration, in collaboration with external legal teams when necessary. Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and prevent future conflicts.Identify potential legal and regulatory risks and provide recommendations to minimize or eliminate those risks. Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and protect the company from legal liabilities.
