Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing training, support, and motivation to ensure success. Set clear sales objectives, monitor performance, and evaluate team results regularly to drive performance improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand the company’s reach. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product, and customer service) to align sales efforts with business goals and customer needs. Develop and manage sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and refine sales strategies. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
