Job Description
Collaborate with Business Promoters (BPs) and Field Officers (FOs) to amplify their outreach efforts and ensure target goals are met. Act as a liaison between the field team and regional management to optimize user acquisition strategies. Conduct on-the-ground promotions and user sign-ups, ensuring high engagement levels with employees. Ensure that all potential users are educated about Wagely’s platform and the benefits of accessing earned wages. Monitor and assess BP & FO activities to ensure quality and consistency in user engagement. Report daily activities, progress, challenges, and outcomes to the Regional Sales Manager. Assist in training and guiding new BPs and FOs to ensure they effectively perform their roles. Provide real-time support and solutions to field teams when challenges arise. Gather feedback from users, BPs, and FOs to continuously improve the promotional approach and user experience. Provide insights to management on any adjustments needed in strategy or approach.
