Job Description
Supervise on-site construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure efficient performance. Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking costs and expenditures. Oversee procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and labor. Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or deficiencies. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns. Resolve on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and effectively. Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, budgets, and any changes. Prepare detailed reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
